Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your purchases, but we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created Our Returns Policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances, this policy is in addition to your Statutory Rights you may have as a consumer.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased, then it may be returned within 30 days of receipt, providing the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

 

Returns procedure


Items should be returned to us at the following address;
Returns, Gents Shop, 32 Lord Drive, Pocklington, York, YO42 2PB, United Kingdom. Please remember to include your Name and Order Number.

We recommend that you use the Royal Mail Signed For service (or similar) as we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us. We will refund the price of the item and the original postage but not the cost of the return postage. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, normally within 14 working days of us receiving your returned product.
Should any item be faulty, please contact us first by email or telephone to notify us. We will dispatch either a replacement or issue a refund. In the case of returned faulty items you will be reimbursed the full amount including reasonable return postage costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

 

Returns exclusions

Unless faulty, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any products which have been made to your specification; made to order, personalised or engraved for you.

 

Improper returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product, we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product. We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product at our sole discretion without any liability to you.
